Crashes upon using script extender

As the title states every time I try to load the game via the extender like you would with Skyrim it just crashes almost immediately.

just run it from steam, obse auto loads I believe

I figured it out, It had something to do with the plugins I had enabled.

Not With Uber has The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

you only need to launch Oblivion with OBSE if you have the non-Steam version (PC-DVD, GoG, Epic, Microsoft, etc)
