If you just mean face edits then this one. Modder went through most female npcs and manually adjusted faces. Does not use textures, you can find textures and use with it

I’ve been playing on windows 11. Not aware of an issue with the link I sent. I think the old obse page is gone and this is it now.
You aren't supposed to use the script extender launcher with the steam version. You just run the game as normal from steam. Also CTD on launching oblivion is caused by your settings.ini file 99% of the time. It's located in Oblivion under My Games in Documents. Delete it and a fresh one will be made next time you run the game.
But yeah, I run over 80 mods and over a dozen of them need OBSE. It's working fine for me.
Steam overlay must be enabled and you launch the game from steam, not obse launcher.
