Snowveil green potion

Tried again today but I still don't see how you do it

If I come from the TP point below and break the ice on the left there is no spot where sliding from the right makes me go through the wall https://i.imgur.com/fPe2V0L.png

I also tried not breaking the ice and come from the top but I just get stuck here https://i.imgur.com/g4NOELc.png

Sorry, I confused the Green and Purple potion.
The green potion you jump up just left of the snowman on the map tile below the potion.
