When i join a match/server i got 1-5 seconds of voip and after no more. Already download the game again, removed and added/accepted in my firewall and nothing.

I recently purchased the bundle and plan on playing soon but Hand Simulator Aliens won't open. I get a security check spinning wheel and then after about 2 minutes NO CONNECTION InitiateAuth error: Encountered network error when sending http request EXIT TRY AGAIN Can anyone help or do I have to refund this pack? I have tried uninstalling and verifying both came to same result....

I finished all the tasks, but nothing happened
