Bought this a decade ago and never worked well. Cable issues and constantly fighting with it and drivers etc. Sucked because was a gift and sat 10yrs gathering dust.

Giving it another try and cable installed/detected just fine. Started up the game, and sounds like an old NES game. I went online and tried what I could find, dropping quality down to 16bit 48000 dvd, changing buffer sizes in the rocksmith.ini, and eventually not sure what I did but no audio at all.

Static, very low-res, again... like the fake talking in old NES games.

Uninstalled, and deleted rocksmith folder, reinstalled to make sure new ini file created.

Reset everything else back to default (I think).

Ryzen 9700x, 32GB DDR5 ram, RTX4070s with Win11

What else can I change/try?
