I bought it for full price and am happy with my purchase so far.

Despite not having nearly as much detail in the open world, I rank this game right up there with Red Dead Redemption 2 as one of the best games of the past decade.

It feels like playing through an old samurai movie, and it evokes nostalgic memories of playing Tenchu stealth assassins with some good hack and slash mechanics thrown in.

I played through the story once with a mix of stealth assassinations and upfront combat. Now I'm playing through it again as a pure samurai, avoiding stealth kills as much as possible. Next I'll play through it as a pure ninja, avoiding open combat at all costs.

Tons of replay value in my opinion. Especially with New Game+ mode.

I see you already bought it for 60 bucks but I owned it on PS5 and still re-bought it on PC at full price. outside of Pokemon it's the only time I gleefully double dipped for AAA titles. Also it somehow runs on Steam Deck, it looks way worse than my PC though but it's playable!

I bought this game on 60% off Summer 2024 sale. It is well worth it IMO.

What annoys me is that Steam has now decided to exclude games bought outside Steam store in their reviews. So if you buy Steam keys from other websites and you want to give a good or bad review to a game, Steam ignores you in the aggregate store because you didn't buy their inflated price.
