Firesparks too grainy/pixelizated?
Hello, I was wondering if any of you would know the solution to firesparks and other small particles becoming several times as large and bright when I the view is in motion. When the view is static, fire, smoke, and all other particles are very nice. As soon as I move the view around the said thing happens.

I have everything on very high, no upscalling, and have tried all anti-aliasing methods (AMD FSR3 yields the least grainy particles, but still very much so).

EDIT:
I found out that lowering the motion blur to 0 significantly de-pixelizates the said. It's still not ideal, but much better.
