Low FPS in cutscenes with FG On
Hi there, as the title says, I'm experiencing low fps in cutscenes when frame generation is on. When the cutscene ends, fps remain the same, they don't go up. I'm using DLSS Quality and DLSS FG with very high preset. My specs are: RTX 4060ti 8gb, ryzen 7 5800x3D, 32GB ddr4, game is installed in a m2. Does anyone know how to fix this issue withour turning FG off? Also, is there any difference between DLSS quality and balanced?

reduce your texture quality
Thanks for your answer, is that the only fix? Also, is the graphic downgrade noticeable?
Update: Lowering the Texture Quality from very high to high completely solved the issue for me. It seems like very high textures is bugged with frame generation on. Lowering the texture quality from very high to high makes no difference. Thanks to flat lander for the help.

my game keep dropping FPS since the NEWEST update, I've been playing the previous version long time ago and now after the update and try playing the previous version again, it happend again with FPS dropping at certain time almost like a sec, everytime I run, fighting, or do some action my FPS will go down.
I thought they going to fix this issue instead they doing something else :steamfacepalm:

they are not bugged but they require more than 8GB of VRAM also frame gen adds like 500MB of VRAM usage on top of that

It's not an issue of VRAM, I have my VRAM tracked in screen and I can't tell the problem isn't my VRAM, the 8GB don't get fully used. As I said before, the solution for me was lowering the textures from very high to high. Now I'm able to use DLSS Quality + DLSS FG without fps dropping during and after a cutscene.

If that's the case, I've read it's possible to play a previous version of the game, you might want to take a look into that

it is, very high textures require more than 8GB in this game and frame gen also add to VRAM usage

That doesn't make much sense in my opinion because when I use very high textures and FG, I'm able to play smoothly without filling the 8gb of vram (I've got my VRAM tracked with MSI Afterburner and it never got filled, max was like 7ish GB of VRAM). The frames only drop during and after a cutscene. If it was a VRAM issue why would I be able to play smoothly until a cutscene starts?

hmm try vsync adaptive half refresh rate and setting the max fps to whatever half ur moniter's refresh rate is,use fulescreen in game
worked for me that's all I can say.

No they are bugged. I have 12gb vram and same issue. Setting textures to high fixes it.
