2 months later, why am I still getting the same graphics driver crash

2800 TI, I7-9700k processor, 32 gb of RAM, I updated my graphics drivers yesterday using the website not the geforce experience program, I have frame generation turned off, I have vsync turned off, I have reflex turned off, I have tried it on xess and whatever the ♥♥♥♥ the other option was in anti aliasing
I even tried the high cpu priority mod that's supposed to reduce stuttering that someone said was a fix
every time a new graphics driver comes out I try this game again to see if it will finally work and every damn time it crashes with the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ error

I JUST WANT TO PLAY THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING

The Spirit of Jazz has Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT

I'm on driver version 537.42 (4070). I get a warning about updating it when I launch the game, but the game runs perfectly fine on this driver. Haven't had a single crash in almost 180 hours of play. Try rolling back to this version.
