Since the last update the game has variable FPS and lags
I have a decent PC: Intel i5 10400F, RX 6700 XT 12GB, 32GB RAM.
I ran the game on ultra a week ago, in fact I played the entire base game without any problems. Maybe something has been screwed up since the last GPU or GoT update. Because everything was very fair, I update the game and it's lagging, I update the graphics drivers and it's still lagging. I do not know what to do.

I've had similar problems since release, altough its gotten worse recently.

Does your game start in a laggy state or does it get laggy after some time? For me it's the latter.

Best thing you can do is to contact the devs of the port by reporting your issues here:

If enough people do this, i see a good chance that they will take care of this.

It gets laggy since I start the game.

Before the update I was playing the game fine on the Rog Ally, but after the update the game would chug with frame gen on. Turn off FG it's fine but the fps isn't as good, so I rolled back to the previous version in the properties and back to being smooth with FG on.
