why the hell does steam keep recommending this game as a soulslike?
is it really anything close to one? I thought it was just a casual open world like modern assassin's creed

i dont know but there is a lethal mode where you die in 1 or 2 hits, probably its because of that

at lower difficulties it defenitely is more of a casual open world like modern assassins creed

ah, that might explain it indeed, its a shame that developers have no real controle over the user defined tags, i encoutnered quite a few wrong ones for different games over the years

On Lethal, enemies are made of paper. Combat becomes nonexistent. Hard is best but it's still really really really easy once you have more HP + resolve + techs. It is not Sekiro. At all.

steam should definitely let the developers put their own tags on games because this current system only confuses people that don't feel like doing in-depth research to see if a game really is a certain genre

people obviously either don't know how to tag games or just like to troll

I didn't see that part, I was scrolling through the shop and the ''other soul-like games because you played souls-like games recently'' recommendation came up

It is not a soulslike by a long shot. There are no stakes, you literally lose nothing if you die, and it is not a very difficult game. I enjoy it for its most part, though. Not everything has be to a soulslike, although I prefer that type of game these days.
