[Fix] opensslconnection.cpp (♥♥♥♥) : Assertion Failed: unable to load trusted SSL root certificates
Hi!

If your unable to connect via the steam client and recive the following message when you start steam via terminal:
"opensslconnection.cpp (♥♥♥♥) : Assertion Failed: unable to load trusted SSL root certificates"

Try:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates

Ran into this issue myself (login seemed to hang, error given on command line), and the solution worked. Might have been related to an Ubuntu 18.10 (testing) update.

Thanks a lot, had problems building a Docker-container using "debian:buster", adding "ca-certificates" helped :steamhappy:
