Honestly, if it’s possible for you to play with keyboard and mouse, I’d get the game. Surely someone else will correct me if I’m wrong but pretty sure I heard other complaints about how the PC version doesn’t have controller support but console does.

Its survival game so i dont think they going do it for its going be unfer. Cheak Rust consol version for that game dont have aim assist. (player 99% its potato player)

I have , in the past used my X Box controller to drive and fly
(on certain community servers) and it seemed to work ok but..
I didn't "play the game" with it, only drive/fly.

No, there is no native "full controller support" on PC ..

However, there are Controller profiles available (Steam Controller configs) that make the game playable with a controller, though you will still need mouse and keyboard for full ability to access ALL game features/functions.

Same here.. I do the same with GTA5, when out of vehicles i am first person keyboard mouse, but when i get into any vehicle i got my controller.

Steam has a built in controller wrapper that lets you bind any mouse and keyboard functions to controller. Even has combos, macros, and community profiles.

My controller config search will not pull anything up when i search. no matter what i type, it says there is no search found. how do i fix that?
