So I'm not sure if this is some type of anti-piracy thing because it almost appears that way. I'm not quite sure how to enter the key in the launcher or in the game, so maybe thats why its doing this? But whenever I try to start the game, my character looks like.. well an emo kid from 2006 with multi-colored neon hair. And lots of other things in-game are like that as well. In fact, the open world is literally white with a rainbow sky and trees. No mods, this is the first time I've even played the game. And yes, the tutorial and main game are the same. Doesn't seem to be some type of graphics setting issue. Does anyone have any idea how I can put the product key in to stop this, or is this just a non-related glitch?
