Steam version missing dlc?

I noticed there are a few missing dlc from the steam version one being Ritual of the berserker. unless i'm missing it someplace I don't think it was released for the steam version.

If you get the Complete Edition, this will be included in the game.
You may also purchase this DLC from Uplay for 60 Units.

how do I start it I own them I guess but never got a letter playing thru the story

There will be a letter in Eivor's room in Ravensthorpe from Norvid, read this letter and it will be added to the quest tab.
