This is years old but you're incorrect on both counts here. Not illegal and also allowed on steam.

The term derives from the book "Lolita", and is used casually to refer to precocious young girls to be doted on in niche Japanese culture.

Uh, yeah, it's illegal in most of the world. It's also disgusting. And yes, it IS forbidden on Steam.

Just to humor you, search loli in the steam search bar. Here are some other loli centered games on steam: Little witch nobeta, life with little sister monochrome fantasy, HAITENAI RPG, Demon roots, and many MANY more. Any country that allows freedom of expression allows loli content. There are a total of 6 countries in the entire world that do not allow said content and even in those cases it is not regulated at all. You have no idea what you're talking about.
