Problem with Tattoo tutorial

Problem with Tattoo tutorial I just started this game and I'm still at the tutorial phase and unlocked my first Tattoo. After selecting the Takedown as instructed I'm stuck in the Tattoo screen and can't get out. Anyone else encounter this?

Very horrible, I bought the game expecting to play it, ended up not launching at all, you'd expect when you buy a game it would actually launch and you'd be able to properly play the game but I ended up not experiencing this wish I endured. If somebody could help with this that would be great, for now I seriously do not recommend this game.

What happened to the game? Is it steam or ubisoft issue? The game worked perfectly fine. No stutters or lagging when I first played it 3 years ago.
