I actually found out why I've kept crashing and lagging.
I have a Full AMD build, I have a AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT.
This may not work on other computers with other hardware.

I've been looking for a solution for a long time now and found one myself.


First, Start substance painter then at the top left look for edit, then settings in the drop down menu.
After the menu pops up scroll all the way down and look for Sparse Virtual Texture.
Under it, should say Hardware support acceleration.
Uncheck the box.
Restart and should be fixed.
Also make sure you go into your graphics setting and turn on OpenGL Triple Buffering For Substance painter ONLY.
You can search up how to make that happen on your own.
