10 FPS... What's wrong?
I played this game in 2016 with no problem. But right now my fps in-game is ~10... which is absolutely insane cuz I have 8700k + 1080ti + 32GB RAM. I checked that I selected my video card correctly, and still get 10 fps with all settings set to low... d3d9 didn't help, either.
Does anyone have the same problem?

If you have Nahimic audio software or Sonic II or III / Sonic Radar audio software, or anything similar in nature, installed on your system. Get rid of it. Reboot. And try again.

i have nothing of the sort on my computer.. i do have AURA,.. which is also ASUS ROG...

i have a constant low FPS,.. no higher then 25... sometimes reaching 10 fps,... my specs are as follows

Ryzen 1600
16gig ddr4 3000mhz ram
ASUS ROG strix b350 motherboard
RTX 2080


as you can see,.. i should have absolutely no problem running this game... at any setting.... for any reason..
but no matter what setting... 4k, 2k, 1080p... at any setting, the frame rate never moves abov 25...
i play alot of alphas, and im used to unoptimised games,.. but this,.... this tops the cake for me.
ive followed most "fixes" if not all of them... ran it as admin, changed the 3d settings for max perform.... uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times,.. even deleted and reinstalled the newest GPU drivers through GeForce.
if theres any one there who might help, please let me know something. i would love to be able to play this game

Probably software conflict just like my case. But you might need to find out which app is causing trouble...
