Changing alignment from evil to good question

In the dungeons you run across creatures.....that give you 3 options
fight,watch,leave.....witch option from wait and leave is the correct one for what im attempting

Fighting brings your party one point closer to EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVIL.
Leaving brings your party one point closer to Good.
Naturally, Watching your enemy does nothing for your alignment.
