Try running steam as an administrator and setting lucius.exe to start as an administrator and verify integrity of the game cache on steam.

I recommend using option five and setting the same settings to Lucius.exe.
It should be located in steam -> steamapps -> commons -> Lucius

You can verify integrity of the game by right clicking lucius on steam and choosing properties -> local files.

Hopefully it solves the problem.

tried option 2 earlier but it didnt work, also tried with verify integrity, didnt work either, so before you commented i deleted the local files and is now reinstalling it to see if that will help, if it doesnt then i will try with option five, i hope it will work

That's unfortunate. Have you tried launching the game directly from steamapss -> common -> lucius folder?

dont know where to find steamapps, but it somehow started O.o i tried to install limbo but it didnt start because of something with the video card or something then i tried to start lucius again and it started! but i had to restart my comp because it lagged...so i will try see now if it might start again hopefully

ok now it does start as it should but now my problem is that it wont go further than the first loading screen >.< can come to the menue and click new game but when the loading screen comes up nothing more will happen >.<

You sure it's just not taking a long time to load? Are you hearing music still? On some very low end machines the first loading screens might take some time.
