It's is only two heists: Slaughterhouse and the second day of Hoxton Breakout with all RNG removed. All the objectives and the layout are always the same. Doors only open with drills. There is no third floor and no keycards.

There are no cloakers, but bulldozers run at you and can not stun them. HP is higher, as are the amount of spawns.

It's for practice for people who want to participate in the tournaments but it is a lot of fun. The downside is that you have to reinstall your game when you're done so it's not super easy to flip back and forth.

If I remember correctly, there was still some RNG on Hoxton Breakout in that the 3 objectives could still be in any order.
