The german translations especially the achievements in Payday 2 are just bad. But also some subtitles. Achievements are often not even mentioning important information about the achievement that are just necessary to get them.

Example: The achievement "Thalassophobia" from the yacht heist.
English: Complete The Yacht Heist job within 6 minutes, on the OVERKILL difficulty or above.
German (translated back to english): Complete the heist on overkill difficulty or higher.
And yes those are the same achievements.

And me doing the yacht heist 3 times on overkill and wondering "Why the f*** didn't I get this achievement?"
Well of course. Translation are just not right.

Other examples would be: "Short Fuse" from Rats is actually the achievment description of "Phew!" from Hotline Miami.

And also there are some older achievement which don't even have the description translated:
Example would be "Private Party" or "The Turtle always wins".

Or bad subtitle translations would be the ones from "Cook Off". Often containing lot of mistakes and missing commas and dots.
