same as you.
updated to october, still there.
Yes, October update.
edit:
was on september driver and thought it would help to update, nothing changed.
September & October both have the problem.
I have some flashing lines on thunderhawk loading screen, but I'm not sure if that is the issues discussed here.
I have an RX6800 and a 2nd RX6750XT in my backup system. I see the graphical 'corruption flash' on both systems with anything > 24.8.1 (and the 24.10.37.10 preview).
Basically since the drivers that introduces AFMF2 (24.20.11.01, 24.9.1 and 24.10.1), they all give me problems. Only In Space Marine 2. Every other game is fine.
I also have low GPU usage, fluctuating low GPU clocks (1500-2100mhz) and a frame rates 54-75 FPS. Enabling the overlay, just standing in the launch bay and not moving, there a constant ~20% micro stutter too on my RX6800 in my AM4 5900x system.
The 'Good' drivers for me have 0% micro-stutter, 100% GPU & clocks and ~120FPS RX6800 and ~105FPS RX6750XT on max settings.
I've gone so far as to reinstall Windows 11 (24H2), latest chipset + 24.10.1 + Steam + SM2 only and its still bad.
In my i7-12700k with the RX6750XT, I've updated to 24.9.1 and now 24.10.1 and it seems to play ok (still see the flashes).
I moved GPUS around trying to find a rhyme or reason but only became more confused. One time 6750 in my AM4 system appear to work fine, leading me to think it is just the RX6800. Repeated the swap a week later and it was the same.
I've kinda lost my mind trying to figure this out and report it. As SM2 is my primary game, I'm staying with the 24.10.37.10 older preview driver. FWIW, 24.8.1 was just fine too.
Curios if anyone here will jump back, and if you do, post your results. We don'y get the same love as team green, so I have low hopes.
With my 7900 XT and win10, only issue is light flashes on the loading screen.
