Guest stuck in elevator shaft

I have a guest stuck in the elevator shaft, i know we can move workers, but it would be nice to be able to move guests too. Now i cant progress or get new guests cause hes got everything held up, what can i do?

Same issue here. Noticed way too late, and can't even go back to an earlier save. Tried asking him to leave to at least be able to progress, no success.

Yeah I emailed the devs with the info and save file, hoping they find a fix for it. I really want to play but i don't wanna start over and run into the same issue.
