I have noticed in my farthest playthrough on story mode that parts of the game are broken/buggy. I have experienced repeated issues with not being able to open the menu to save/exit the game, giving me no option but to force quit. After this, even if I try to load an earlier autosave, the game will not load.

There are also sections of the research tree that are incomplete and some of the items show "placeholder" as opposed to an image / item
