Story mode 93% and Gretta

In the story mode, all quests are 93% gone, so shouldn't it be 100%? Gretta doesn't fly away is that how it should be for act 1, too?

Hi, how did you find the all 5 grave rocks? I can't find the last one and there's no grave rock anywhere. ( restore the grave memory quest )

Yes, I found them scattered on the main island, there's even a link on how to find them.
