顾客退房卡住了+浇水问题

顾客在退房的时候卡住了，退不了房，船也卡在了那里，顾客本来该退房，一直在洗手间呆着，床也无法整理，船也走不了，用taxi送走顾客的话顾客也会卡住，就能看到船和taxi一直在。
种植作物无法浇水，显示需要浇水了，互动按钮显示直接是取消浇水，so the situation is 无法浇水又无法取消浇水
