If anyone is interested, then you need to craft: Just a chair and an Elegant dining set, these sets will be taken by the NPCs themselves to the dispatch box and on the 27th day the quest changed and the ship arrived for the cargo.

i crafted those too things and sonething is still missing... gold and materials are in the box also

I had to craft 1 elegant table set and 3 simple chairs for the crate to move to the next step
