BUG I NEED HELP

SO all the time the wheel to choose which person worker to use a item skips from first to last too quickly and i can never choose worker in the middle.. can you please fix this issue ASAP

lucky u for being able to choose a worker in the first place... if i want to asigne a tool to a worker, the game says this function is not available yet!!!!!! but that is literally the first thing u need to do!!
