Guests can't check in nor out | no (story) progress possible

We encountered a bug that prevented guests from checking out, resulting in negative days (up to “-19”) until we kicked them out. Even then, they only left the hotel by taxi, even though the passenger ship has been docked the entire time, i.e., for many days, and the new guests on the ship are not checking in either. This bug also affects Greta, so she cannot complete her stay. So now we can neither progress in the story nor earn money and resources by checking new guests in and out. The bug cannot be fixed by restarting the game.

We also encountered the problem that when Greta gets up from the table, prepared meals are not cleared away but permanently block the plate rack. This additional bug can only be fixed by restarting the game.

The bug (guests not checking in nor out) also occurs in sandbox mode. So it's not tied to a certain quest.

Could anyone may tell me, where I can find my log and save file on SteamOS since Im not using a Windows Computer? I'd like to share these with the developers.

You should be able to find the files in: /home/steam/.steam/steam
Please let me know if that helped

Where to find logs/save files:
C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Ancient Forge\Hotel Galactic

I'm experiencing this bug as well! But I'm not able to find the exact log or save files that would be most useful to send. Is there a file name I can look for? Otherwise I'll probably zip up too much send in.
