Hi Malhaloc, sorry for the delay, as I was away all of last week.
Advantage means when you roll that particular skill or spell, you'll have an added advantage die to the roll.

So if an item gives you Charm advantage, when your player self-selects to roll for Charm, they'll see a blue highlighted hexagon around their dice count, and when rolling, they'll see an added blue die. Hope this helps!
