more then one save
is there anyway to save more then one game so my wife can also play without deleting my game

You need to locate your Save Folder and move the Save File.

.../Documents/My Games/DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS 3/Steam/....
Or just tipe Dragon Quest in your Windows search bar and pic the folder from there.

Copy and move the save000 somewhere else.

Another way would be the Famaly Share function of Steam.
With that she can play all games you got on your Steam Profile on her own.
For that you just need to remember that you can not play a Game you share with her at the same time.

You can find that in the top left corner on the Steam Menu if u click on Famaly.
