As for leaving a review, currently we have just a pre-release demo. There is a new Steam feature that allows us to create a separate page for the demo, and then you can leave reviews on that. We're currently finishing the Chinese translation of the demo, and once that is done, we'll opt into that feature!
Regarding the ontime, if you go to the town screen, and click the little 'i' button next to a destination in the bottom left, it will open up a route screen which tells you what the target time for that leg is, and what the average time your trains are taking is. I've made a note though, possibly we can make it clearer on the badge itself what the issue is
In terms of tips for keeping badges green, I find the best is to connect stops slowly and keep them green rather than allowing a large problem to accumulate and have to rework it.
Regarding bridges over water, the plan is to automatically swap from track->bridge when building over water, but it isn't in there yet!
