Marina lore is told to the player in the first 5 min of gameplay. Just read at it. Is not that complex. This is the bad part of seeing this game getting bigger, the fandom expand and the dumb people make the worst noise posible.

"So new players dont get confused with the lore" its stated on her intro that she was born male and was raised as a girl but kept being one even when no one forced her to. Nothing of that is confusing, shes a transgirl, learn how to read if youre playing a story based game
