I can no longer run/dash and now I wanna end me...
I searched for this issue and found it in "Bug Reports and Troubleshooting" thread in Steam Discussions as someone else wrote "I can no longer dash on one of my saves. It still works for an earlier save on the same exact character. It was with Levi in the Church of Allmer and I've now lost all the progress since that last save."

I now have this same issue - my main character is different yet same issue starting in the Church of Allmer. The dash/run bar no longer exists even. Please advise.

Edit: I initially thought maybe I was supposed to walk in the "holy place" but no.. sadly.. that wasn't the root cause apparently..

One interesting tip for you, if you ever play as Olivia aka the wheelchair girl and fall from the roof of the church, you are able to sprint as her legs don't work, which is kinda f8cked up but logical in my opinion.
Her arms are the most vital parts of her body and if one of her arms get cut off, you'll move as slow as a snail. If both, the game prompts you to give up.

cool tip indeed! sadly, Olivia had to die on the train as I'm a Marina main :)

i am esperiencing the same problem with the doc, if i cure fracture i still can't run. I think the bug happens when you have used a gun and then equiped a melee weapon when you run out of ammo.
