How do I get into the church without dropping the chandelier
More specifically that elevator after best doggo, is there a way to make that go up to the church proper?

It just goes up there by default, so if you defeat Moonless before you go to the church you don’t have to drop the Chandelier. It’s actually required to do so if you want to fight the Heartless One.

Alternatively through the Golden Gates if you have enough Rher affinity. Though it would waste at least one circle as you need to Rher the church circle to get the key for the Heartless One.

I didn’t consider that, but yeah dedicating all circles to rher just to get into the church is pretty impractical lol. Marina could do without much cost if you pick Rher as her God I suppose.

I roundabout found the answer:
Getting to the elevator ain't enough it seems. I needed both effigies beforehand, at least at night 1. After doing a lot and back and forth with the elevator I went back to the moldy apartments to grab that one and the elevator afterwards let me go up to 2F where I got the key and everything else.
