The fact that this port has been delayed for SOO long is probably an indicator of ending up as a BAD port in the end. Also, GRANZELLA has been TOO silent about any progression/update/state about the project (which is still assumed to be just a PORT). Their persistent reluctance on any NEWS simply leads to believe the aforementioned. Thoughts?...
