I downloaded the demo and wanted to try it, but it's been almost 24 hours now and I kept receiving the "Nerves of the compass system have not awakened" error. It this a problem others are experiencing too? Is it temporary or is the playing the demo not supported at the moment?...

Hello I had been playing the North Pole story and failed right before completing the story. However, I didn't play for a couple days and there have been some updates but now I've gone to play the story again however, the Polar Bear when it comes alive cannot be seen on the screen anymore. I'm unable to track it down and start to attack it. I am also unable to see the characters like Childz etc upon entering a room, so now each time I enter or leave a room someone was in or an area I have to ...
