already beat the game on classic. Looking to do a second run with ironman no reload should i do wildfire or skip to 1.13?

So basically I just casually strolled into Drassen and murdered what I thought was all the enemies but the game didn't think so. I went out to see the map and it said 0 enemies but for some reason the combat didn't end. I saved before I went poking around and killed those guys in the guard booths, even though they were not hostile to me they were both armed however the fight didn't end. Is there someone I am missing or is this just a bug? I did once notice when I left the town and re-entered it the battle ...

I have 3 different games on my store: - Jagged Alliance 2 - Wildfire - Jagged Alliance 2: Gold Pack - Jagged Alliance 2 Gold: Unfinished Business I assume Gold Pack means all in one, but Unfinished Business and Wildfire are included in Gold Pack? If not, what means gold pack? Confused... Edit: By experimenting, when clicking "store page" - the first is the same - the second changes its name to: Jagged Alliance 2 Gold - and the third goes also to the same page as the second. Seems to be only 2 version...
