That skin was a timed exclusive battle pass reward. You can't obtain it now, unless Cygames add option to buy previous passes skins separately.

they talked about the bp skins at evo, about making em available again somewhow as either reruns or dlc which they should be cause limited content on a full price game is not acceptable but no word since then idunno wtf they are doing but it sure ain't good business.

As someone who bought every single battle pass that has been released, I really don't mind if they made all the items permanently available because this game is dead AF.

worst case scenario is bp reruns because cygames is a gacha company first and foremost

live service fomo just can't work on a game not a lot of people play let alone fighting games in general in the long term
i bet they'd have more money selling normal dlc
