problems with "Bird Brained"

I didn't get the achievement Bird Brained although I brainbuged every soldier. Are there more birds than soldier, rocket launcher, red soldier, elite soldier, shield penguin, elite shield penguin and Putzki?
Any other hints?

You have to do it in one playthrough.

Hi Day, that may be the condition. Or it might need to be all in the same save file. Try these solution first while i get the achievement document from the development team.

Do I need to finish whole game for this achievement to pop up or can I start from level 8 where you met 2 rare penguins and then continue onward to get other ones?
