For 30 years, gamers from all around the world have been experiencing and forming diverse and passionate communities around the vast virtual worlds developed at Funcom. These communities are invaluable and have always been one of the cornerstones in making great games even more amazing. With Gamescom 2023 happening next month in Germany, we want to take this opportunity to meet some of you in person!

Folks from different Funcom teams will attend the event, so why not get together and hang out? We promise that everyone will have a bloody good time! After all, FUN is in our name, right? But to not be unfounded, here are a few things planned for this special occasion:

It’s time again; love is in the air, and with it: The passion of pugilism returns to Secret World Legends! Starting February 14 until March 1, don your boxing gloves and enter the brawl!

Deadly champion creatures mark their return throughout the world, requiring extra leg (or brain)-work to coax them from hiding. Accept bounty missions from the Paragon activity board in Agartha to begin your tasks!

The Krampus Gate flings open once more, ushering an invasion of the vile Krampus - defeat them and take the battle to Niflheim itself. Hel, queen of Niflheim, returns in two forms: one as the guardian of her realm, and another as an hourly public raid in Agartha.

Hop in for seasonal fun and for a bunch of stuff on discount, too!

Secret World Legends' Halloween event returns with seasonal cosmetics, missions, login rewards, and raid encounters! The Haunted Cache has risen from its grave (what! no winter cache??) and keep an eye out for discounts on a whole bunch of items and consumables!

Please note: Due to an issue we'll be looking into, event daily login rewards will begin October 15 instead of October 13. You should still have enough time to complete the login reward table in this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!

This year’s celebration is, however, bittersweet, as we all mourn the tremendous loss of Mark “HolloPoint” Innes; exceptional Secret Worlder, artist, organizer, and proud Scot. May his anima surge forevermore.

Players gathered in Agartha earlier this week to form an in-game vigil and moment of silence for HolloPoint, and the events of this year’s MEGAversary collection are most certainly held in his loving memory.

The Equinox is upon us once more! From March 17 to April 1, the elusive Druids of Avalon mark their return to Agartha. Seek them out and get to hammering Stonehenge!

Starting February 10 through February 24, you’re invited to a special Rosenbrawl event! All players level 15 or higher automatically get an invite to the free-for-all during this period. If you’ve never been, no problem! You may access the Rosenbrawl from the Tabula Rasa in London. Ask around - we're sure someone can guide you and get you in ;)

Once there, you can choose between three types of boxing gloves (fast and loose, well-balanced, and heavy slugger) and enter a PvP free-for-all arena.

During the Rosenbrawl Open, you'll discover a vintage Soulmate arcade machine. Use it, and maybe you'll find TRUE LOVE...

Beside the arcade cabinet lies a special investigation mission; embark on a task to uncover why the matchmaking machine would be in a pocket dimension in the first place. 🤔

If you've already completed this mission from last year, you'll be able to fast-forward straight to the finale, if you so dare.

Complete the mission and its boss encounter for extra loot and a unique consumable reward: a Romantic Cake! When used, the cake spawns a feast for you and up to 9 other players to interact with and receive a temporary buff that increases your Crit Chance, Crit Damage, and Health. The cake is a one-time-use consumable, although you can stack multiple cakes in your inventory.

This boss encounter scales to any level or difficulty, and group size. Complete it solo or with 4 other friends!

Two seasonal emotes are now available for purchase from the Emotions Window: 'Heart', and 'Cute Cheesin’. Get ‘em while they last - they’re only available during Rosenbrawl Open!
