The laundry room is off the 1st floor hallway (to the right if you are facing the stairs). If you have started the mission to swap your dad's pills in Devon's office you may need to complete it before you can do anything else.

Inside, there will be 2 laundry baskets on the left side of the room. You have to click on them a second time to pick up the top one and find the clothes in the bottom one.
