I own this game, but not the other in the bundle. Yet the bundle is still charging me full price, as if I didn't own either of them. Is this a bug or something?

Would it be possible to add an option to disable gamepad deadzones ? By default they are really big and make it hard for me to aim. If they could be disabled in the game and managed through Steam it would be better IMO.

I feel like there are some pretty severe limitations happening with the camera in this game, but it's hard for me to describe without being a native inhabitant of a four-dimensional space. Naturally, the computer screen is only two-dimensional and itself rendering a projection of the three-dimensional "slice" or hyper-plane that we can comprehend. After 17.4 hours, I'm down to the last three holes I've only gotten in par time. I'm wondering if anyone else is struggling with these? (Arctic) Ski Ramps - Lining the ball up for this one is brutal. I've practiced so that I can get to the 3rd platform in 2 strokes, but getting the ball lined up for the final jump from the previous jump feels impossible, I always need one more stroke to line up the shot.
