Everything was fine until...

Lol, I am getting freaking destroyed by the Anviltyr Mountain level. I always get the boss down to maybe, 1/20th of it's life... but i can't finish him off :(

NEXUS
- Increase starting Fragments by 10. This change allows two towers to be built before the first wave with a lower Nexus level, making the beginning of levels more varied.

ESSENCES
- New Essence - Void Ray: The first Legendary Neutral Essence. Deals 13 Damage over 3 seconds to an Enemy for every 10 Generated Mana. 0 Mana Cost. 35 Range. 13 second cooldown.

- Fire Rune: Base damage increased from 7 -> 8
- Cold Snap: Cooldown reduced from 14 -> 13 seconds
- Arc Lightning: Base damage increased from 15 -> 17
- Lifebloom: Cooldown reduced from 14 -> 13 seconds
- Divine Wrath: Base damage increased from 26 -> 28
- Overload: Cooldown reduced from 13 -> 12 seconds
- Detonation: Base damage increased from 23 -> 26
- Aegis: Cooldown reduced from 16 -> 15 seconds
- Sunder: Base damage increased from 19 -> 21

SHARDS
- Aftershock: Reduced the amount of charges required to cast from 6 -> 5
- Lifebinder: Cooldown reduced from 6 -> 5 seconds
- Permafrost: Cooldown reduced from 12 -> 11 seconds

ENVIRONMENT
- Various improvements to level environments and level environment effects

ENEMIES
- Colossus: Base health slightly reduced
- Lifeseed - Life Leech: Cooldown reduced from 15 -> 14 seconds
- Stormbringer - Static Discharge: Range increased from 30 -> 35
- Icebane: Base health slightly reduced
- Frozen Sentinel - Glacial Shield: Cooldown increased from 38 -> 40 seconds
- Magma Worm - Spit Fire: Increased cooldown from 9 -> 10 seconds

Vazrah'Mor, the Infernal:
- Eruption: Base damage reduced from 11 -> 9
- Lava Surge: Base damage reduced from 3 -> 2
- Pyroclast: Minimum base damage reduced from 2 -> 1

LEVELS
- Farevyr Strait: Difficulty slightly reduced
- Scar of Rhyn: Difficulty slightly reduced
- Bal'Molag: Reduced the amount of enemies that spawn during the boss wave

BUGS
- Fixed Molten Core not triggering if the Incineration tower that casted it was demolished before the effect triggered

Vazrah'mor Legendary difficulty

Hi Everyone! I have been enjoying the game at Legendary difficulty and it was a nice degree challenging, but everything can be done! ...Until the last boss Vazrah'mor which seems to be matematically impossible to defeat. I have been trying with different alternative towers, power up and so on...but in the end the boss deals too much damages to the towers and in three boss respawns everything is gone. I think that either a nerf of the mechanic or the possibility to buy/change the power up of the towers coul...

I have been a HUGE Tower Defense genre fan ever since the OG Starcraft and Warcraft days. I have played so many TD games over the years but this one hits a sweet spot for me
My all time favorite weapon typing for any game would be elemental; The colors contrasting look so perdy and all the graphics really have that "WoW" cartoonish feel that feels super nostalgic and modern at the same time. I don’t think we will ever get a AAA TD with Unreal 5 so this might be one of the best I have seen over my years.
One GLARING PROBLEM with the game is that you can’t replay levels on harder difficulty to earn xp which means there is no way for you to progress after beating all the maps. I finished the campaign ready to go back to the first map and set the difficulty higher to find out it didn’t reward me with anything. There are like 10 skills that are still locked… I really hope the developers see this and patch this so it has replay value. I have never played a TD game that doesn’t have a game+ mode to unlock everything
One other minor issue is that the key bindings are set. Not a huge deal but I am left handed so it is always nice to have the option to change key bindings.
Other than the two issues listed above, the game is top 3 TD games of all time for me; Just wish it had replay value.

visual bug act 1 level 3

played through up to Act 1 stage 3 great game so far. But on this level the screen is shaking very fast from left to right giving me a headache. If i hold A or D it will stop but then you cant do anything else until you release one of those buttons.

How unlocks work

Really like the game. Reminds me a lot of old browser based TD games - in a good way. I also like that you reset the nexus level when you go back and replay older levels. Prevents the power creep from making stuff trivial. What I question is that you also reset all unlocks because, due to the random nature of the game and people not knowing what they are doing in the beginning, this can easily lead to stages that are impossible to gold-legendary complete without completely resetting the game. Have to give it a negative, because as others have said there is no room to have fun and experiment trying different things.

There is only "THE" way to win in general. It seems to be because it is over-tuned. Dev seemed so scared it was going to be easy that they sucked most of the fun out of it.

Feels more like work than play.
