Starting a new season
The procedure to start a new season with a character is too complex. It needs to be simplified, ideally only currently available scenarios should appear. I tried at least half a dozen and was rejected as unavailable, finally having to start a new character. This is very annoying, maybe I'm just too dense, but the process needs to be made simple. I don't mind starting back at level 1, but i do expect to be able to continue with my character with all the blueprints I had acquired

There is a LOT in the game that could be made way simpler. They've taken so many things from other games and stuffed them into one that it's a bit overwhelming.

They are not the only developers that make things complicated, and to be honest they do seem to listen to the peeps playing Once Human, I just hope they pay attention to this issue, because a new character everytime I want to play is no good and not acceptable to me

You don't have to make a new character every time you want to play. You take existing characters into new seasons (you have to wait until the current season for that character is over though). You can only make 10 characters max currently and can't delete them.
They're going to making permanent servers some time in the first of the new year.

If you read my post, you would have seen that I tried to join a number of new seasons after being away for several months, and every time told access denied. That situation really is not acceptable, and could have been avoided simply by only showing scenario's available for new players to join

I don't think it's too complicated, it just _seems_ that way. It's simpler now than it used to be. Go to the season menu, click on phase 6 (should be there by default) and you get the option to register for another server. Or you can wait for your current server to die and the next time you log into that character, it'll force you to pick a new one.

At the bottom of the server list for the scenario you want, you can filter out servers that are unavailable, high pop, whatever.

Are there things that can be improved? Sure. I got a single option for normal Manibus (after I gave WoW the big ol' middle finger on the way out) and that server doesn't open until tomorrow, so I've been five days without being able to play unless I want to go into a scenario I'm not interested in.

It's not complicated, though.
