Hello everyone,

We're aware of an issue where the game doesn't start after hitting Play on Steam, with no error message appearing on screen. As some users have surmised, Sifu does not automatically install the required DirectX files needed to run the game.

To make sure you're suffering from this issue, try to launch the game from your installation folder by going to [You Steam Library folder]/steamapps/common/sifu/binaries/win64/ and executing Sifu.exe from there, which should give you an error message.

If so, please download and install the latest DirectX version (https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=35), restart your computer, then try starting the game again.

Our next hotfix should fix this oversight.
