I added these two,thats the problem

did you friend Polly Prissypants? If I recall correctly you need Cartman as your buddy companion and you can friend her in his bedroom

you gotta do his nazi zombie bounty quest during one of the days when nazi zombies are still around it dissapears at the end meaning he is missable

Clyde (Cartman's House at beginning of game), talk to him BEFORE talking to Cartman again or you'll miss your only chance.
Bill (Attack the School, Second floor. Beat up the enemy they are fighting and then talk to him).
Fosse (Attack the School, Second floor, Beat up the enemy they are fighting and talk to him.)
Lemmiwinks (Attack the School, 5th grade classroom right across from the 4th grade classroom. Talk to him BEFORE entering the 4th grade classroom.)
Sergeant Yates, (Complete his sidequest before finishing the game).
Bishop of Banff (O Canada, choose to spare him or else he's dead).
Ike (Kick Clyde's Ass, when Ike gets hit and starts crying, light the firework nearby to cheer him up and then talk to him.)
Big Gay Al (Mr. Slave's Ass, answer his phone call when you walk past the smartphone quickly or else he's gone.)
Chinpokomon Corporation (Find all the Chinpokomon including the ones only found during specific missions.)

Kinda necroposting here, but i've also finished the game with some friends left (thankfully, not missable ones). There are some uneven ones. Santa on Police Station rooftop; guy at Kyle's camp who become friendable later; Stan's sister after you beat her; Stan's mom at Rhinoplasty (you should buy something from her)...
But basically if you completely sure that you got everyone missable you can just thoughtfully sweep the whole town from top to bottom talking with everyone in free-roam. I believe it'll take 10 mins. Better than guessing who you can miss if you don't remember.

The following friends are missable.

Day 1
Clyde he unfriends you but he still counts for the achievement.
Al gore don’t unfriend him before you get the achievement and you’ll be fine.

Day 2
During attack the school
Bill, fosse and lemiwinks can be missed after you fight butters/stan and before you fight cartman/kyle.

Also on day 2 the Nazi zombies get loose triggering the police chiefs quest if you don’t complete it before starting the final mission on day 3 he will not be obtainable.

Also the mutant bacteria in the school must be killed during this mission if missed jimbo and Ned are unobtainable.

Day 3
In canada do not kill the bishop doing so will lose him.

When attacking Clyde’s base help Ike when he’s attacked you’ll miss him if you don’t.

Don’t miss a single chinpokomon.
These following chinpokomon are missable.
Roidrat is in jimmy’s attic
Beetlebot is on the alien space ship
There’s one in the “Taco Bell” hq you can’t go back in once you leave.
Fetuseami is in unplanned parenthood
Shoe is in Clyde’s basement same room where Ike is.

There are 3 missable chinpokomon in the school during attack the school.

The last missable friend is in Mr slaves butt you have to answer the ringing cellphone inside to friend big gay Al.
