Missing outfits, less booba, that sort of thing?

I got some healing items as Ruka in chapter 1, and got pretty low on health during the fight with two ghosts in chapter 2, but I can't find any healing items in any of the rooms And since the fight with the little girl in room 207 starts with her attacking you, I can't progress unless I heal before going in there....

Doesn't look good :(

Kind of a weird topic but I've been a long time Fatal Frame fan, since the first, but I really love the medical horror vibe that comes with this one. Does anyone know any movies that has a similar feeling? Shutter Island sort of scratched that itch but if anyone has any recommendations, that'd be sweet....
